PARTICIPATION

To take part in the exhibition everyone shall do as follows:

• Read carefully through the Contract for participation in the exhibition.
• Fill in the Space Application Contract and direct it to the Organizer by fax: +7 (495) 981-92-51 or e-mail: ahlebnikov@Vvcentre.ru.
• On receipt this Application, the Organizer shall draw the Proforma-Invoice.
• Read carefully through the Exhibitor Manual, fill in needed forms and direct them to Exhibition service department.
• Perform payment against the Proforma-Invoice within set time.
